Rebecca is a leader on the Global Responsibility team at Starbucks, where she is Strategy & Implementation Manager. She previously held varied Starbucks management roles within operations, programs and projects. Having adopted her daughter from China, she is both personally and professionally engaged by service on the a child's right board.
